High Season: Saturday, Madrid Festives, Semana Santa, Christmas (from 20th of December to 8th of January), July and August.

Low Season: Rest of year.

To complete the reservation, you must pay 40% of the total amount as an advance, returning that amount in case of cancellation (or modification) with 15 or more days of the date of entry.

If leaving the room before the contracted date, there will be a charge of 50% of unused services.

No reservation shall be deemed effective until the confirmation of bank transfer by sending an e-mail confirmation.

Payment of the amount of the booking implies acceptance of these conditions.
